Training Services It is our business to train the personnel of hotels, restaurants and all types of hospitality related businesses and establishments in Africa.
The training we offer has little to do with a company claiming a tax rebate from the government, but mostly to do with the improvement of financial/ business results in food & beverage service, customer contact skills, food preparation and kitchen management, general business administration as well as sales and marketing education.
in many instances we are most successful when leading the training and business development process from within the organisation. |

Rates and Charges The complexity of training and development is such, that charges depend on the nature of the involvement, training need and/or the development time frame as well as the location.
Once we know the exact details, we will be able to quote rates and charges accurately.
As a general guide line, the rate in South Africa is R375 p/hour plus expenses, i.e. accommodation, stationary and travel costs.
